Course Description

This course will guide you to understand and manipulate the core brewing variables through different brewing equipment. The course will connect sensory profiling of coffee by tackling the variables like Grind Size, Temperature and water to coffee ratio.

– Different principles of brewing.
– Sensory profiling and connection with coffee chain.
– Water quality.
– Brewing technique and variables.
– Practical tips for consistence good quality coffee.
