This course covers a wide range of topics, where you can analyse the brewed coffee through Brew chart and tackles the variables for consistence good, brewed coffee. Through the course we will be able to optimize flavours of coffee by manipulation of correct variables. Someone with general understanding about brewing and SCA Brewing foundation will best matches this course.
