From Central America’s prime specialty coffee producing areas of volcanes complex “Apaneca Ilamatepic” we traveled to small farm size of 70 hectors in Finca la Providencia. This estate is currently run by fourth-generation coffee producers Fernando Alfaro and Jose Enrique Gutierrez.
